We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it.

The return process is as easy as 1-2-3:

1 – Complete the form below including your mailing address and product return information, upload a copy of your product receipt, submit and confirm.

2 – Watch your email. We will send you a link which you must click on to verify your email address. We want to make sure we send your return label and packing slip to a valid email address. Click that link and we will start processing your request. This process may take up to 5 business days. If you do not receive our email within the next few days, please check your junk/spam folders.

3 – Keep watching your email. If your submission is approved, you will receive a 2nd email with an attachment that includes your packing slip and mailing label. Print the attachment, cut the label from the top and tape that to the top of your shipper. Insert the remainder of the slip into the box with the item you are returning and send it to the address on the label.

Once we receive and verify your product, you refund will be on the way in 6 to 8 weeks.
